IT Customer Experience Support Analyst
Anaplan is looking for an IT Customer Experience Support Analyst to provide on-site IT support in New York City for a range of top-tier clients. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solving expert with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Microsoft Office 365
- ServiceNow
- JAMF for macOS
- Troubleshooting network and firewall issues
- Enterprise AV solutions
Responsibilities
- Explain system issues to business or non-technical personnel
- Support end-user laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Mac, Windows, Linux)
- Installation and administration of software systems
- Analyzing systems and providing recommendations to improve performance
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent
- Certifications in Microsoft and other relevant technologies
