Job Description

Job Description Summary:
Be a member of the Structured Products Group within Invesco Private Credit which manages over $15 billion in US CLO AUM.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Assist with issuance of Invesco managed CLOs. Work on the team that helps issue new transactions as well as refinance or reset exiting CLO transactions. Liaise with structuring / placement agent to help shepherd this process from beginning to completion.
Help identify potential risks within the structures and communicate views to Portfolio Managers and the structured products team.
Deliver executable strategies to Portfolio Managers and the structured products team to enhance performance of Invesco's CLO vehicles.
Assist in other tasks such as portfolio creation, modeling, monitoring, and optimization.
Maintain records and databases of internal CLO reporting.
Communicate with external parties on behalf of Invesco and Invesco managed CLO's.

Work Experience / Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
1-3 years' work experience in finance or accounting. Strong preference for experience in CLO / senior loan market.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Aptitude for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and Bloomberg. Experience with Intex a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and follow through on projects.
Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and quickly complete tasks upon assignment.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 - $150,000 annually. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
