As the Head of Product, you will lead our product development, and shaping our product strategy and execution, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of our user-centric products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centric products, preferably in the sales domain, and possess exceptional empathy for users and their experiences.

Lead product development for CloseFactor, with a focus on user-centricity and delivering exceptional user experiences
Define and execute our product roadmap, making difficult trade-offs and ensuring the successful launch of brand new products
Thrive in ambiguous environments, leveraging your track record of making new products successful in similar settings
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the seamless integration of product development efforts
Guide engineers on product development trade-offs and rapid iteration, ensuring the efficient use of resources and timely delivery of high-quality products
Stay informed about market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities
Take ownership of the product, development process, and the success of your team
7+ years of proven experience in product development within the sales space, preferably in early-stage startup environments
Background in user-centric products, with a focus on productivity and/or communication products
Strong product leadership skills, with a track record of execution and making difficult trade-offs
Ability to work at a detailed level while understanding the broader product strategy implications of each decision
Data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions even with limited data or A/B testing capabilities
Able to work with small teams and large amounts of data
Business acumen, including a strong understanding of the market, market size, competitive dynamics, and gross margin implications
Excellent communication and structured thinking skills
Proactive, organized, resourceful, hard-working, and intelligent
Creative and future-thinking, with a visionary mindset
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals of diverse personalities
