Customer Solutions Engineering Manager

Cloudflare is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team of Customer Solutions Engineers in ensuring our enterprise customers understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical team leadership, coaching, and management.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to understand and solve technical escalations
  • Experience in team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage workload and conduct 1:1s with team members
  • Serve as a point of escalation for team issues
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • Report on individual team members' strengths and weaknesses

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
