Senior Director of Customer Support, EMEA
Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Support for the EMEA region, responsible for providing a world-class support experience to customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and growing technical support teams.

Responsibilities
- Set strategy and establish priorities for the Customer Support team.

- Recruit and train support staff using industry best practices.
Education
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
