Cloudflare is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in the India region. The role involves managing and growing the customer base, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring customers fully leverage the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise / Mid Market customers in the India region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and challenges
  • Work with customers to develop and execute success plans
  • Monitor customer usage and performance
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
