Customer Success Manager, India

Cloudflare is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in the India region. The role involves managing and growing the customer base, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring customers fully leverage the platform.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise / Mid Market customers in the India region

Develop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and challenges
Work with customers to develop and execute success plans
Monitor customer usage and performance
Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
