Cloudinary is looking for a growth-minded Senior Demand Generation Manager to generate pipeline for our key markets segments. You will build evergreen funnels to generate predictable, repeatable pipelines for our largest and most profitable market segments. You will build and execute different types of campaigns, track performance and optimize them to maximize pipeline generated. You experiment every step of the way to improve conversions and try new channels and tactics to stay ahead of competition. You collaborate with the various sales teams and the marketing teams to support pipeline goals. Responsibilities: Generate pipeline by building efficient funnels for our most profitable market segments and deliver on monthly pipeline and opportunity goals Collaborate closely with Sales, CS and SDR teams to understand pipeline goals, get campaign feedback, track campaign performance through the funnel Segment our leads database and build full funnel evergreen campaigns and spot campaigns to maximize pipeline Collaborate with our Ops, telemarketing, content and other demand generation managers to ensure a steady flow of MQLs and Opptys Regularly communicate plans and performance to the various teams to ensure that they are briefed on upcoming marketing programs and have a clear understanding of follow up expectations Bring fun and exciting ideas to the table on how to engage our target audience, drive prospect engagement, and generate pipeline Collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing content for your various campaigns Take a data-driven approach to funnel optimization by regularly tracking effectiveness of all programs and monitoring metrics across the funnel like impressions, traffic, CTR, conversion rate, marketing qualified leads, meetings set, opportunities created, pipeline, and revenue. Continually experiment with new ideas and programs improve performance Use modern marketing techniques like A/B testing, personalization, dynamic and real-time customizations, progressive profiling etc. to optimize programs Ability to build pipeline from various channels like SEO, SEM, CRO, content syndication, sponsored webinars, trade shows, ABM, hosted webinars, email nurtures, direct mail and more About You: 5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation Marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment Past success in delivering pipeline goals consistently month over month Strong knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and ABM platforms such as Terminus Hands-on experience generating pipeline through hosted webinars, and email nurtures Experience working closely with SDR teams Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and report program effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders Deep knowledge of lead management, lead routing, lead scoring, nurturing, and handoff Proven success in building excellent working relationships with Sales, CS, and SDR teams Passion for measuring, tracking, and optimizing campaign performance Experience building funnels and optimizing for performance Hands-on experience with modern marketing tactics like A/B testing, dynamic forms, real-time personalization, heatmaps, surveys, etc. Deep understanding of self-serve product-led growth Strong copywriting skills particularly focused on high-converting copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and more.
