Applicants MUST have Salesforce Certification!Responsibilities:• Collaborate with Creative Managers to plan and execute technical projects.• Optimize workflows using project management tools.• Document project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.• Facilitate client update calls and take detailed notes.• Foster collaboration across teams and manage internal/external contributors.• Assess workflow efficiency and identify areas for improvement.• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues.• Track and manage project budgets and provide regular reporting.• Coordinate meetings and presentations.• Oversee the creation of project documentation (memos, slide decks).• Collaborate with operations and legal teams on contracts and vendor needs.• Be open to taking on additional tasks as needed.Requirements:• 4+ years of technical project management experience in an agency setting.• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Asana, etc.• Required: Salesforce Certification.• Required: Client-facing experience.• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within teams and meet deadlines.• Proven ability to translate technical marketing needs into actionable tasks.Please read: Contact from Clutch employees will always come from the domain @clutchnow.com ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
