Data Visionary Wanted: EVP, Customer Insights at CMI Media Group

We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented EVP, Customer Insights to lead our world-class analytics team and shape the future of data-driven decision-making within our agency and for our clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll partner with the Chief Analytics Officer to define the overall vision for analytics and serve as the go-to insights expert for our clients and internal teams.
In this high-impact role, you will:
- Lead with Vision: Provide strategic direction and guidance around measurement, campaign analytics, reporting, and proprietary data research, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Drive Innovation: Champion the use of advanced analytics techniques, including customer segmentation and predictive modeling, to unlock new opportunities for our clients.
- Be a Collaborative Force: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Advanced Analytics, Integrated Media, Customer Excellence, Technology, and Data teams to ensure CMI remains at the forefront of analytics.
- Champion a Culture of Data Excellence: Establish best-in-class analytics deliverables, processes, and accountability policies, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Be a Client Champion: Work closely with the Chief Client Officer to ensure client feedback is consistently incorporated into our analytical deliverables, solidifying CMI's reputation as an industry leader in analytics.
- Develop and Inspire: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly motivated analytics professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Your Expertise:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, specifically within the life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to lead and influence in a highly matrixed organization, building buy-in for ideas and driving cross-functional execution.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical data landscape, including promotional and external datasets.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and best practices.
- Experience with campaign management and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
