CNA, All Shifts
Etowah Health Care Center is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and taking applications for the next CNA class offered at no expense to the student.
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or willing to attend classes with the potential for full time employment.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, including reading and writing.
Must be able to push and/or pull objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
Must be able to carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to perform duties requiring standing, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, stooping, and walking for extended periods of time.
Must be able to perform duties requiring good hand and finger dexterity.
Must be able to perform duties requiring good sensory perception.
Must be able to work with combative residents at times without causing injury to self or others.
High school graduate and/or equivalent.
Have completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program or be enrolled in the program to complete certification within the first four (4) months of employment with this facility.
