CNC Machinist/Programmer, Tool & Die, Warehouse/Forklift - $14-$35/hr.

Temp-to-Hire and DIRECT HIRE Positions - Elkhart County

We are seeking HIGHLY SKILLED individuals who have 3-5 years' experience.

CNC Machinist Duties:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with mazatrol programming.
• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments such as a Mazak Lathe machine.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines.
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.

Tool & Die Duties:

• Perform a variety of machining by virtue of the skill, ability, and knowledge acquired during the five (5) year tool and die apprentice program or equivalent training.
• Will be required to run all tool room equipment in a proficient manner, be able to work within required tolerances, and be flexible enough to move around frequently and be interrupted as needed, including assisting production or setup.
• Understand all the associated tools, cutters, fixtures at the machine.
• Performs setups using the proper tooling and fixtures in a safe and correct manner. Use all precision machinist tools for setup and inspection of manufactured tooling.

Warehouse/Forklift Duties:

• Warehouse associate who is skilled on a forklift.
• In addition to operating the forklift, they will also be doing various warehouse duties including pick/pack, unloading trucks, moving product by hand, and hand stacking pallets.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and or move up to 50-75+ lbs throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle and feel.
• Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions.
