Residential Service Technician

As an Overhead Door technician, you'll get to wear many hats. You'll be part detective, part engineer, and part salesperson. You'll work with a wide range of garage doors and openers, from the sleek and modern to the old and tired. You'll be the one customers turn to when their garage doors are acting up, and you'll be their hero when you provide solutions to their problems. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a quick wit, and a can-do attitude. You should be comfortable working with your hands and power tools. And if you can sell a customer on an upgrade without making them feel like they're being taken for a ride, then you're the one we want! Here are required qualifications: • High School diploma or GED • Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a clean record • Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and carry for a distance of up to 50 feet • Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold • Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical Compensation: Beginning technicians earn $25.00 per hour during training period and experienced technicians often make more than $75,000 annually under incentive pay plan.
