Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Cloud/Experience Cloud Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a lead role. This position focuses on enhancing customer experience through effective solutions and leveraging Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Forms, Workflows) to configure and customize applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner and customer communities.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful Salesforce applications that align with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior developers to improve technical skills and foster team collaboration.
  • Stay current with Salesforce best practices and actively participate in continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce development, with at least 2 years as a lead.
  • Proficient in Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Forms, Workflows).
  • Strong experience working with partner & customer communities.
  • Active Salesforce certifications required; at a minimum, candidates must possess the Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with integration of third-party applications.
