The ideal candidate will be committed to driving client success by analyzing performance data, optimizing strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our Marketing Services offerings.What’s In It For You…COCC offers a unique and collaborative experience as you grow your career with us and all of the benefits you’d expect from an award-winning employer plus:• A hybrid schedule allowing you the flexibility to balance your work/life needs• A customized training plan to successfully onboard you through your first year• A robust employee training and development program aligned with career pathing objectives• Generous PTO offering as well as competitive pay and benefits• On-site fitness center / off-site fitness/wellness reimbursement• Tuition Reimbursement• One-on-one career coaching• Financial planning assistance with certified professionals• Fun employee events such as company outings, trivia, sports leagues wellness events• Peer recognition programsWhat You’ll Do…• Configure, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns through digital tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.• Design and create marketing assets, including banners, social media graphics, and email visuals, to support campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.• Analyze and interpret data from various marketing campaigns, including email, digital banking, and app store reviews, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.• Provide comprehensive performance reports for clients, including detailed insights from digital campaigns, app store reviews, email campaigns, and creative projects• Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics across digital channels, providing clients with regular updates and strategic advice.• Lead and facilitate client meetings to discuss marketing campaign strategies, review performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights and guidance on optimizing their marketing strategies to achieve business goals.• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of marketing services that meet or exceed expectations.• Conduct in-depth industry analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, driving innovative marketing strategies.• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings, including process improvements, technology adoption, and campaign innovation.• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, sharing expertise and best practices to build team capability.• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing advancements to drive innovation and thought leadership.What You’ll Bring…• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience with certifications will be considered.• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analysis, digital campaign management, or a related field, preferably within the financial or banking industry.• Demonstrated ability to configure, execute, and analyze successful marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva, with an eye for high-quality visual deliverables.• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Collaborative mindset and a client-first approach, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and professional support.• Proactive attitude, staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and eager to implement new strategies for continuous improvement.• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.Salary Range for this role is $58,650-$92,310COCC is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
