Responsibilities:
  • Source top talent for Coda in Asia-Pacific - primarily for tech roles (Engineering, Product) - to support Coda’s growth
  • Design and deliver effective sourcing strategies for assigned roles
  • Research market trends for assigned roles to build a solid understanding of target companies and markets to meet our hiring targets
  • Support global talent branding efforts to promote Coda’s employer brand to attract the best talent


Requirements
  • At least 1 year of talent sourcing and/or research experience, preferably for a high growth tech company
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and other methods
  • Extremely organized and structured with a strong motivation to contribute to Coda's growth
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with application tracking systems such as Lever is a plus
