We seek a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our IT operations effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our SAAS platforms, and leading our support team to achieve operational excellence, with a strong focus on IT security awareness and compliance.

• Lead and develop an IT support team of six that is located in Oslo and Austin
• SAAS Management of a diverse portfolio of applications
• Budget and cost management, incl licensing and purchase/vendor management
• IT compliance and audits
• IT support strategy to further evolve a cutting edge in-house IT support team  
• Act as strategic advisor to EMT

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ambitious and strategic mindset and a wish to take internal IT to the next level
• Proven experience in IT operations management, including experience with IT infrastructure and operations
• Technical 6-7 years + management 2-3 years 
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a support team
• In-depth knowledge of SAAS management, budgeting, and cost control
• Familiarity with IT compliance and certification processes (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
• High level of technical expertise (Level 3-4) with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
• Strong awareness of IT security and proven experience in managing IT compliance
