Production Support Lead (Hybrid)

Our clients need flexible data structures and a streamlined data architecture that quickly turns data resources into informative, meaningful intelligence.Job Title: Production Support Lead (Hybrid)Responsibilities:· Responsible for supporting one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program production environment and its ongoing maintenance.· Provide operational expertise with Big Data, OS (Linux, UNIX, Windows), and DB (Hive, Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL) environments.· Manages technical bridges and/or business bridges, as required, uses knowledge of support organizations.· Review production changes are reviewed and validated in production to avoid/minimize change related production issues.· Review and enhance application Run Books. Problem Management – support and drive detailed root cause analysis of production issues P1-P4, work with the AD, platform and GTI teams to address remediation.· Provide regular verbal and written communications regarding status, risks, issues, makes recommendations for remediation or change.· Working with development teams ensures functionality deployments are completed without incident and with adherence to proper procedure.· Identify opportunities for application tuning. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.· Extensive experience with driving resolution of issues and delivery of features through to production experience working with DevOps teams, Architecture, and other technical tooling teams Communication, issue resolution, and integration planning with upstream/downstream systems and departmental units Experience interacting with technical teams (Big Data or related Environment).· Tracking tool team used is Jira, so that will be an important competency.QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years overall production support lead experience.
