Position Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Construction and Property Services, this leadership role is accountable for developing and leading the vision, innovation, design and development of career lifecycle education products for the construction and division II tradesman markets. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of success that would point to one’s ability to drive advancements in product innovation, delivering course and content roadmaps, securing and evolving our market position as the market leader and education provider of choice for construction industry professionals. A remarkable, relevant, and memorable customer experience is our commitment to clients and our head of product and innovation will play a starring role in our delivery of an exceptional experience.
The ideal leader will thrive in a fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial, mission driven environment and with an expectation to contribute as a valued member of the Construction and Property Services leadership team.
Prior education or publishing industry experience is required as is demonstrated strength of character, leadership acumen, and a track record of delivering product- and content-led revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be located in St. Louis Missouri, Siesta Key Florida, or remotely from Florida with expected travel.
