Supply Chain Program Manager

Job Title: Should Cost Analyst/Supplier Program Manager Duration: 6+ months Location: Redmond, WA, 100% onsite... Pay Range: $51/hr - $55/hr Day to Day: • According to Current consultant • Manage the delivery dashboard (high level) in Smartsheet, excel, and some SQL • Improving other teams’ dashboard • Working with suppliers (A lot for his new project, not as much in everyday) • Making sure data is accurate. • Collaboration with other teams Roles and Responsibility: • Partner with Supply Chain teams to develop processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operation • Create mechanisms to drive improved optimization on existing Supply Chain structure as well as create efficient start-up and standard work • Develop new plans and roadmap to drive process scalability • Scope and develop programs and associated roadmaps to deliver insights and drive decision-making • Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure • Support regular business reviews with senior leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and team goals • Manage projects with multiple inputs and multiple stakeholders • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute testing/validation initiatives aligned to team timelines • Comfortably transition between big picture, strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners • Facilitate process improvement initiatives Must-Have: • HARD WORKER!! • Smartsheet experience/Excel • 2+ years of program or project management experience • 2+ years of supply chain experience • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization • 2+ years of experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • 2+ years experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Plusses: • Understanding PCBA processes • Aerospace experience
