Responsibilities

Exercise discretion and judgment when engaging with customers
Collaborate with Operations and other departments
Provide accurate information to customers
Resolve customer queries and maintain accounts
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
