Advanced Structures is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (individual contributor) to join our team. You will be responsible for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups. The HRBP will collaborate with the business as an advisor and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness, change and talent management, organizational learning and development, performance management, DE&I and total rewards. This role partners with HR Leaders, Business Partners and COEs, providing support such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, employee relations and talent development.As an HR Business Partner in Advanced Structures, you’ll develop your leadership skills in a few ways. Here’s how:Analytics: You will seek and make data based decisions and recommendations.Project Management: You will effectively leading assigned projects toward completion.Problem-solving & Independent starter: You will be able to identify the problem and then come up with a solution to overcome it. You will be able to initiate and complete tasks without prompting.Influential Leadership: You need to meet the overall objectives of the company by influencing, working through, and motivating others to complete the tasks.Collaboration: You will have to work with and across various functions to reach your objectives. You will have to be able to collaborate with a diverse group of thought partners and various parts of the HR organization to complete tasks.Change Management & Communications: You will have the ability to coach leaders facilitate discussions around change and transformation is key.What You Will Do:• Champions employee advocacy and serves as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level leaders, senior leaders, and employees• Be a culture steward for driving a culture of Diversity and Inclusion• Focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, talent health, and implementing plans for DE&I activities.• Partner with leaders to implement and raise awareness about HR programs which support the business goals and produce results in a complex matrix environment.• Collaborate with the broader HR network (i.e. Employee & Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) to develop and deploy strategies that address site needs.• Lead, design, and execute processes including performance management, salary planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, and leadership development.• Implement employee programs designed to promote our One Collins culture, optimize organizational effectiveness, and increase employee engagement.• Lead and support special projects as assigned.• Travel 5% (domestic - approx. 3 trips per year based on projects to Foley, AL and San Marcos, TX).What You Will Learn:• You will learn how to be a strong HR Business Partner with direct engagement up to the Senior Leadership Team level.• You will take flight to becoming a stronger HR business partner with exposure to the variety of business and products in an ever-evolving field. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
