Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Oversee the design and architecture of technology systems and platforms, ensuring scalability and compatibility. Conduct regular audits and assessments of current technology systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and systems. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Train and support team members in utilizing new technology solutions and processes. Develop and maintain documentation of technology systems and processes. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement new technology solutions. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Serve as a subject matter expert on technology solutions related to product creation and supply chain management. Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to provide updates on technology projects and initiatives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
