Provides consulting, coaching, development and communication opportunities that contribute to and drive desired... team culture. Performs organizational assessments that diagnose strong and weak points of the organization and design solutions to create additional business value. Tailors employee engagement solutions to drive optimal organization performance and effectiveness. Contribute to change efforts for major business initiatives Understands and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
