Supervisor Finance Operations

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of service personnel to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and accurate and timely application and reconciliation of customer payments. Provides leadership, direction, motivation and operational support to employees. Acts as a champion of new technologies and process automation. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.

  • Proactively identifies and solves problems impacted the team and greater organization
  • Ability to lead team members through change
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize based on importance of tasks.
  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for all Comcast Advertising AR and AR-Related systems.
  • Ensures a smooth customer payment experience and minimal unapplied cash balance.
  • Hires, trains and develops staff to ensure best-in-class customer service and operational goals are achieved.
  • Develops and implements operational strategy. Establishes and monitors clearly defined key performance indicators for all team personnel.
  • Performs all necessary reporting, performance reviews and provides analysis and feedback.
  • Provides support to relevant area leadership to improve performance. Acts as a liaison between employees and management, disseminating information and ensuring all proposed goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $72,272.64 - $119,249.86

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
