Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s financial goals and operational needs.
  • Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms.
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers in the industry.
  • Ensure suppliers adhere to company standards and local, international, and industry-specific regulatory compliance.
  • Manage procurement contracts, including terms negotiation, renewals, and amendments.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the finance team, to align procurement activities with budgetary goals.
  • Monitor procurement expenses and report on cost-saving initiatives.
  • Streamline procurement processes using tools and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Implement procurement technology solutions, such as supplier management systems, to enhance transparency and tracking.
  • Work closely with other departments such as IT, marketing, and operations to understand their procurement needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on procurement trends and market conditions.


About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • In possession of any of the following certifications would be considered an advantage (e.g., CIPS, CPPM, or CPM). 
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the iGaming, technology, or online services sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance in the iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
