Understanding of B2B contracts and value realization

Responsibilities

Support customers in utilizing composable products effectively
Advise customers on developing future technology and commerce stack
Identify customer KPIs and lead engagement to achieve them
Plan and conduct strategic business reviews with customers
Collaborate with different departments to help customers reach their goals
Contribute to customer and marketing events
Retain existing customers and increase product consumption
