• First line ownership of logistics activities and front office duties with responsibility for related results.
• Ensures evacuation of product from Port Arthur Refinery
• Understand result processes.
• Be an efficient back up for hedging and commercial activities.
• Organize market and commercial knowledge for the commercial managers.

TotalEnergies Petrochemicals & Refining, USA, Inc. is hiring a Commercial & Logistics Advisor for the US Headquarters located in downtown Houston.

The Commercial & Logistics Advisor will be responsible for:

• Manage Pipeline Logistics for Gasoline, Distillates, and Olefins as required by commercial manager.
• Daily Maintenance of Forecast Files and Pipeline Schedules in conjunction with the PAR Planning for Gasoline and Distillate
• Daily Coordination of pickup times with Colonial and ATMI
• Daily Management of Ethylene flows from BTP
• Supervise Credit status daily for Front Office
• Run daily economic indicator for Carville. Styrene, Benzene, EB
• Organize the collection of data for the “Results Forecast” exercise.
• Be responsible for Market price reference management of Front Office (PREF).
• Manage Dashboard to summarize commercial activities of the Front Office team.
• Follow Up contract performance in liaise with Commercial Managers.
• Develop analysis to help commercials to prepare the contract negotiation season.
• Backup of Commercial responsibilities for any product managed by Front Office Team.
• Backup of Middle Office activities including Daily Hedging.

• Complex logistics environment. Logistics include Colonial, ATMI’s GT Terminal, Explorer, Olefins Pipeline, and Maritime movements.
• Very dynamic US Gulf Coast markets with extremely volatile and evolving economic environment. Products include ULSD, Gasoline, UFFO/LCO, Gasoline Components, Vgo, CBO, Atres, Olefins, and Aromatics.
• Logistics communications with Port Arthur Refinery, Pipelines, and ATMI (US Trading arm of TotalEnergies)
• Routinely interacts with other departments of RPA (Business intelligence, Business development, JV teams) and central departments (Controlling, Credit)
