Job Description

The position

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:
  • Manage all commercial inputs to the project and be a core member of the Beacon Wind management team
  • Task lead for the commercial team responsible for all deliveries into the project (analysts, negotiators, tax, finance, etc.)
  • Manage and continuously improve the business case for the project
  • Lead negotiations for commercial contracts including land acquisitions, strategic partnerships, others
  • Present regularly to JV for approvals and information updates
  • Secure offtake contract for Beacon Wind phase II
  • Support future offshore wind projects leveraging experience from Beacon Wind project

You

  • Finance, economics, or business degree required, Masters or MBA is preferred
  • Project development / Asset management experience, energy industry preferred (5 years minimum)
  • Strong contract negotiation and execution experience, energy industry preferred. (7+ years preferred)
  • Financial modelling experience (eg. NPV, IRR, eIRR, tax equity)
  • Ability to interface with various stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Salary range $143,233 to $214,850
