Join the power movement as a Production Welder
This individual is responsible for performing manufacturing in-house welding work for cutting edge high-field superconducting magnets.
Hours: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Work 3 weekend days
Rate of pay: $30 - $41 per hour + 15% differential

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is on the lookout for a skilled Production Welder to join our team on the weekends at our Devens, MA facility. We are on a remarkable mission to transform the energy landscape with commercially viable fusion power plants, and your welding expertise can be a vital part of this journey. In this role, you'll work from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm three days a week, earning between $30 and $41 per hour, along with a 15% pay differential. As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for performing in-house welding for cutting-edge high-field superconducting magnets. Your duties will include welding and inspecting large metallic structures, analyzing drawings, setting up processes, and cutting and joining materials. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you'll be delivering consistently high-quality welds that meet industry standards. We are seeking individuals with 5+ years of welding experience, proficiency in various welding techniques, and a solid background working with large structural systems.
