The Arthrex Communications Department, based at the company’s global headquarters in Naples, Florida, is growing and looking to add a Communications Data Analyst to join the Corporate Communications team. Main Objective:
The Communications Data Analyst is responsible for development, execution and optimization surrounding analytics for our digital communications portfolio; email conversion tracking; development of dashboards and reports for social posts and social ads; and supporting other digital marketing and communication efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dashboards and reports across various tech stack and analytics platforms.
Serve as the technical administrator of the analytics accounts.
Consult with stakeholders and cross functional teams on ad recommendations and opportunities.
Report on digital campaign performance; make recommendations that continually optimize digital campaigns in alignment with performance goals.
Perform ongoing research and analysis related to digital traffic drivers including competitive site traffic, stakeholder-directed research, industry benchmarks and project phase insights.
Collaborate with Marketing teams on the creation and maintenance of KPI dashboards; manage dashboard elements reflecting ad spend against budget to maximize growth and returns.
Develop analytics presentations for senior leadership.
Lead weekly stand-up meetings analyzing social media metrics and performance.
Serve cross-functional roles within Corporate Communications as needed or assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of technology design, analytics and/or integration experience
Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
Advanced skills in the following languages: SQL, R, JavaScript, Python, HTML or CSS
Medical device industry experience preferred
Google certifications a plus
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Experience with various analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Databox, SEMrush, SimilarWeb and PowerBI
Experience with various tech stack platforms such as Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Bitly
Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders with changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects/processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail and work ethic
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Macintosh or PC platform
Proficiency in Marketing Automation software
Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms
Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
