About the role 🎉

We are looking for a creative and proactive Community Manager to help build and manage Runway’s incredible growing community of creators & artists.

As part of this role, you’ll engage directly with users & community members in Runway’s Community Channels, strategically develop external relationships with influencers & key community voices, and will be the voice of Runway within our community channels.

What you’ll do 🎨

• Manage & moderate Runway’s community channels in Discord and Reddit & engage daily with community members to ensure a positive & safe environment
• Ideate & execute community engagement initiatives in digital community channels
• Assist with community event coordination & community event planning
• Develop & manage external relationships with key community members & influencers
• Amplify comms for key Runway launches/moments in community spaces
• Monitor industry trends & have a great pulse on creator ecosystem

What you’ll need 💻

• Experience in support, social media, or community management roles
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of creator ecosystem & industry players
• Understanding of Discord and Reddit moderation tools is a plus

There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Salary Range: $75,000-$110,000
