🌟 About the role

Community Phone is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead with a focus on Offline Channels, especially direct mail. In 2025 we will have a multi-million dollar budget specifically dedicated to direct mail. This person will think through which markets we deploy budget and executes campaigns. They will follow leads all the way through the funnel and optimize relentlessly.

🚀 You will…

  • Own end-to-end strategy and implementation of full-funnel marketing campaigns across offline channels with a particular focus on direct mail

  • Embed yourself in our markets to understand what speaks to and motivates our customers

  • Work closely with external agencies to place media buys and refine local buying strategy

  • Be extremely test-driven and metrics-driven. Ensure that we are properly tracking the impact of each new offline channel test and that we are understanding traffic, conversion, and revenue impacts.

  • Build a deep understanding of our customer funnel, ensuring your channels are driving high-quality leads

  • Obsessed with giving your customer markets the right experience to speak to their needs

  • Experienced and skilled in local market takeovers. You have experience marketing down to the neighborhood level.

  • Someone who knows how to reverse engineer a volume and efficiency goal

  • Extremely practiced in running and analyzing experiments for offline campaigns

  • Motivated, intuitive and empathetic to understand what your markets think and feel and how they experience their lives

  • Used to trying many things quickly and iterating to identify what we should spend more time and budget on

  • Used to owning an entire channel as part of a small but collaborative team

  • Ideally familiar with marketing to the 50+ audience in the US

💸Compensation

Total compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include (but are not limited to) job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
