Digital Marketing Specialist

Companial is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to making Microsoft Dynamics Partners exceed their expectations. We offer a wide series of products and services to support Microsoft Dynamics partners in any stage of their lifecycle.    

For our international Marketing team, we are currently seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing expert to join our team, on a full-time basis. In this role, you will orchestrate our digital marketing efforts, managing our digital marketing channels and expanding them to increase our online presence and generate more or better qualified leads.  

 


What you will do:
  • Together with CMO develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement by improving online presence. 
  • Understanding target buying persona profiles, how we can reach them online (watering holes) and use those insights to refine lead generation campaigns, social media strategies and ensure alignment on quality and follow-up processes. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and Regional Marketing Managers to understand Companial’s propositions and sales target sand translate into compelling  (paid) inbound marketing and social media campaigns to generate the required demand. 
  • Measure digital campaign performance, social engagement and sentiment, lead times, cost per lead to identify gaps or issues and use digital marketing tactics to improve. 
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, the Web and Design team to distribute and position engaging content across various platforms to enhance customer (in our case Dynamics Partners) education and engagement. 
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and website performance, making data-driven decisions to improve and realize our shared goals. 
  • Creative thinker in using digital experiments and AI technologies to quickly generate and test solutions to improve web assets and campaigns performance challenges.  
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. 
  • Collaborate with Companial’s thought leaders and use social listening tools to develop social media strategies focused on increasing meaningful engagement by capitalizing our MVP’s and other thought leaders.


What we expect from you:
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing roles. 
  • Experienced in go-to-market strategic planning and execution through multi-channel distribution. 
  • Strong understanding and experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, (paid) social media, and email marketing principles. 
  • Proven track record in campaign management, budget management, and paid channels lead generation (PPC, display, social). 
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google tag manager, AI tools and add-ons for web performance measurements like SEM rush or social listening tools etc.). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Creative and analytical mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
  • A relevant bachelor's degree. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM 
  • Experience with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies Scrum/Kanban
