Senior backend (.NET) developer

Companial R&D team is looking for a backend developer to join a skilled team which always strives for the best quality and uses the best practices and tools to achieve that. The working place is in Vilnius, Kaunas or remote.

• Develop web applications using  .NET core v6 (C#) for Companial Business Platform used by Dynamics Partners from all over the world.
• Be the technical cornerstone for the team of developers
• Evaluate new projects, suggest solutions and the best practices for tasks
• Ensure high quality using coding standards, test driven development and code reviews (we use Azure DevOps for our CI/CD pipelines, pull requests and product backlog management)
• Work in team environment, teach and learn as necessary

• 6+ years of experience in backend development with .NET.
• Good understanding of MS SQL and associated .NET libraries like Dapper
• Good understanding of modern web security standards: OpenId, OAuth, BFF, etc.
• Good understanding of modern web API development practices.
• Good understanding of event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Agile development practices
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
• Able and willing to share knowledge
• Experience with Docker & Docker compose
• Up-to-date knowledge of OWASP top-10 and techniques to circumvent them in web development is preferred
