We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation and CRM/Data Analytics Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies, being the business owner of the CRM system for marketing and analyzing data to drive marketing insights and optimize campaign performance. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and marketing acumen, ideally with experience in the B2B software market (and with both 1-to-many and ABM communication strategies). This role will serve as a ‘Center of Excellence’, supporting Product Marketing Managers and Regional Marketing Managers by setting the example for always-on nurture journeys, ABM campaign tactics, reporting, data quality, lead qualification, and distribution. 


What you will do:
  • Marketing Automation: 
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, increase customer engagement, and drive conversions in a B2B software environment. 
  • Create, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns using our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Realtime/Outbound Marketing  
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing processes to improve lead quality and conversion rates. 
  • Utilize Microsoft Power BI to measure data quality, campaign performance and how to enhance effectiveness and reach. 
  • Set benchmarks, templates, and guidelines for always-on nurture journeys and continuously optimize them for better performance. 
  • Train and guide marketing managers on how to use and get the most out of our Marketing automation platform, CRM database and reporting. 
  • Develop and standardize policies and procedures for marketing team members to establish a unified way of working allowing for efficiencies, quick learning curves and sharing best practices. 

CRM Business Ownership: 
  • Act as the business owner of the CRM system for the marketing department and create business requirements for the technical owner to embed on their roadmap.  
  • Define and oversee the Lead to Order intake processes in CRM, ensuring performance tracking, data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Work closely with the IT team, where the technical ownership of CRM lies, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of functionalities of marketing business requirements in the CRM system. 
  • Segment and analyze Partner (as in our customers) data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts. 
  • Analyze marketing data to measure Adoption of our services and products, share of wallet, campaign effectiveness, ROI, and overall marketing performance. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders frequently and proactively. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, CRM, and data analytics. 


What we expect from you:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and data analytics, particularly in the B2B software market. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing automation campaigns and implementation and roll-out of a Marketing Automation Platform across an international team of marketing managers. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (MAP) such as Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, and preferably with Microsoft Customer Engagement/Outbound Marketing/Realtime Marketing. 
  • Experience with integration of forms in web assets, a/b testing, HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices.  
  • Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, , Power BI). 
  • Database management, segmentation, and data hygiene are a plus. 

Education: 
  •   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  •   Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Eloqua) are a plus.
