We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Brand Management, Thought Leadership, internal and external Communications and Content Management. This role is a unique blend of strategic, creative, and operational responsibilities, requiring a seasoned marketing professional who can elevate our brand presence, particularly through digital networks, and ensure seamless coordination of communication and content marketing initiatives. Experience in the enterprise software industry and B2B marketing is essential, with a strong preference for experience within the Microsoft Dynamics channel. We are looking for a strong strategic thinker with a creative mind and hands-on mentality. 


Key responsibilities:
  • Brand Management: 
  • Lead the maturation of our brand by collaborating closely with our design team to enhance visual identity and brand consistency. 
  • Utilize market insights and customer feedback to refine brand messaging and positioning. 
  • Drive the brand's evolution to align with company growth and strategic objectives. 
  • Deliver clear brand templates and guidelines for internal employees and external agencies on how to work with our brand. 

Thought Leadership: 
  • Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy, with a focus on leveraging LinkedIn to establish the brand and key executives and subject matter experts as industry leaders. 
  • Create and promote high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including articles, whitepapers, and social media posts. 

Content management 
  • Chairman of the editorial board and manage what content for our members has priority, oversee the coordination: planning, QA and release of the content production, ensuring alignment with brand goals and regions. 
  • Facilitate unified tools, and templates to distribute content to ensure a unified experience for our members as well as internal efficiencies and performance measurements. 

Corporate communications: Employer Branding, PR & Internal Communications 
  • In line with the brand strategy and positioning manage corporate communications and PR 
  • Work closely with HR and Office Managers to enhance our employer brand, making us an employer of choice in our industry. 
  • Lead internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment with brand values and culture, fostering a strong and cohesive company identity. Ensure alignment with HR and other stakeholders. 

Collaboration & Leadership: 
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand strategy and effectively communicate our value proposition. 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity. 


Qualifications:
  • Education: 
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

Experience: 
  • 5-7 years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2B software industry, preferably within the MS Dynamics Ecosystem 
  • Proven ability to develop and implement brand and communication strategies. 
  • Demonstrated success as a sparring partner and support function for other departments. 
  • Proven leadership experience, can be project-based and/or disciplinary. 

Skills: 
  • Creativity is your strength used to generate solutions for branding and communication challenges 
  • Strong presence on and understanding of LinkedIn and experience in using digital platforms for branding, and thought leadership. 
  • Excellent content management skills with a track record in managing a multi-product/services portfolio. 
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with designers and cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities. 

Language: 
  • Fluency in English is required. Any additional language is preferred.
