Overview:
Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is based in Charlotte, NC.
The Compensation Analyst will research compensation packages by analyzing employees’ experience and responsibilities, by doing comparative analysis by region and industry, and by taking the company’s financial performance into consideration. The compensation analyst will recommend compensation packages for new hires, promotions and ad-hoc market adjustments. Reporting directly to the VP, Total Rewards, this role will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in all areas of compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Daily administration of equity incentive program, including a partnership with Finance and Legal teams for SEC filings

Administer annual merit, bonus, and other compensation processes

Assist in the preparation of materials for Sr. Management and Board level meetings

Aid in the annual preparation of the company’s proxy disclosure, including CD&A and executive compensation tables

Ownership of annual salary survey submission reporting and maintaining a database for ongoing compensation decisions.

Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position
- Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.

Develop relationships with external vendors – including data providers and consultants
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in a human resources or compensation position)

One to three years of experience as a compensation analyst required

Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to speak to audiences of every level

Excellent organizational, and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively track and manage multiple priorities

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a range of constituencies and levels within and outside of the company and to handle confidential information sensitively
