Purpose

As a valued team member, you will play a meaningful role in talent attraction and retention initiatives by leading the design, development, implementation and oversight of all formal base, incentive and recognition global pay programs. You will work at strategic levels to develop and execute creative solutions, ensuring that compensation is aligned with the organization’s compensation philosophy.
Essential Functions

The essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

Develops compensation plans, forecasting, analyze compensation data, targets and communicates plan objectives that drive business performance
Design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions
Partners with the compensation team on benchmarking and market research process; evaluate and perform analysis on pay market positioning, salary structures, and pay mixes to ensure market competitiveness to support the overarching compensation strategy
Consults with business partners and leaders in making compensation related recommendations for promotions, transfers, job matches, job leveling, and to solve compensation related business issues
Independently initiates work on Job Family Matrix, Pay Parity exercises and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) reviews
Participate in the development, management, and execution of compensation programs such as annual and mid-year reviews
Diagnose gaps between current and desired state
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, or quantitative focus preferred
3 or more years of proven ability in the compensation field within small to midsize companies
Knowledge of Radford/AON leveling and compensation models
Experience leading presentations to executive teams and company-wide audiences
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills are required to analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models and reports
Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, continuously changing, fast-paced environment
