Title: Technical Service/Hardware Sales Representative
Office Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119
Work Location: In-Office

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Service / Hardware Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, promoting computer hardware products to customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service while driving hardware sales and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to customers. Assist with product selection, answer inquiries, address technical issues, and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate hardware solutions based on their requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service, following up on inquiries, and maintaining regular communication. Strive to enhance customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
  • Assess customers' technical needs and propose suitable hardware upgrades or replacements to enhance their computing experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of computer hardware components such as CPUs, graphics cards, RAM, motherboards, storage devices, and peripherals.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of hardware components, specifications, compatibility, and emerging technologies.
  • Reach out to new and existing clients, thought both scheduled and cold calling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical support and hardware sales, preferably in the computer hardware industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and their functionalities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and technical support tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Availability for occasional travel to client sites or industry events (if required).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
