CSA is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to provides technical support and operates NIPR/SIPR VTC suites at each site, as required by the Government.
This position is contingent upon award.
- Sets up VTC equipment, establishes connections to remote sites, and operates the VTC.
- Provides troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Coordinates repair services for VTC and conference room systems with the hardware maintenance provider to resolve any equipment issues or malfunctions.
- Performs routine maintenance and inventory tracking.
- Other responsibilities include installing, configuring, operating, disassembling, and troubleshooting audio visual equipment.
- Responds to and resolves routine questions and technical issues.
- Coordinates with clients on placement, integration, and ensures functionality of projectors, lighting, microphones, sound mixing, recording, and video-conferencing equipment for live events and meetings.
- Experience: Must have demonstrated experience (1 to 3 years) operating and maintaining video teleconferencing systems using Crestron, Extron, and other control systems.
- Must have extensive experience with Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Teams and knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, addressing, firewalls, routers, VLANs, and VPN.CS
