At Comun we're building financial services to help Hispanic immigrants turn their hard work into upwards mobility.

Since launching our own bank infra last November, we've 20x'd revenue, crossed $600M in annual payments volume, and are seeing CAC paybacks of 6 months. We currently offer banking and remittances solutions, and will launch more products this year.

About the role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will strategize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for analytics, you'll manage a substantial marketing budget, analyze campaign results, and iterate on successful strategies to maximize ROI.

You’ll also be designing and implementing a brand and influencer partnership program from scratch with the goal of building a competitive moat around this channel. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure a cohesive brand image and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.


What you'll do

  • Strategize, execute, monitor and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search, affiliate networks, etc.

  • Manage a 7-figure performance marketing budget and deliver consistent reporting covering budget pacing and campaign performance to internal stakeholders and contribute to budget recommendations in quarterly planning.

  • Execute creative process, including producing static and video ads and landing pages, in collaboration with UGC creators and our UX designer.

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands and influencers that align with Comun’s values and enhances brand visibility

  • Identify and target key customer segments and implement effective performance marketing strategies to increase awareness, create sales pipelines, and grow

  • Develop and execute on an aggressive testing strategy across all paid marketing platforms to test, learn, and iterate on successful campaigns

  • Regularly analyze campaign results and make ongoing recommendations for decisions across spend, targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Design, Growth, Product, and CX to ensure cohesive brand image and experience across all touch points

You are

  • Experienced cross-channel performance marketer: we're looking for 4+ years of hands-on experience in driving performance marketing and scaling large budgets on Meta, TikTok, and Google in particular. You have experience working in B2C, product-led organizations previously.

  • Attribution wizard: You know all about tracking, measurement, and attribution in performance marketing and can step in to clean things up.

  • Analytical: you know that growth is all about numbers, and you know your way around spreadsheets and analytics tools to analyze and improve performance.

  • Experimentation mindset: you’re constantly ideating and executing optimizations and tests to unlock better performance

  • Creative: not only when it comes to ad copy/visuals, but also in exploring non-traditional avenues for early-stage growth

  • Humble: you can roll up your sleeves and pitch in for any task, big or small, that will push the company forward.

  • Builder-persona: We are ready to start scaling the performance marketing engine at Comun. You are someone who genuinely enjoys building the foundations for new programs and processes and has a strong bias for action.

  • Based in New York (or willing to relocate): you're able to work with us in person at our awesome office in Flatiron, Manhattan.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing a performance marketing program, from platform level bidding to long-term strategy, across all major platforms

  • Experience with platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok

  • Experience working in a startup environment

  • An interest in serving an underserved community :)
