Overview:This position is responsible for an assortment of Vital Market and Business Arranging exercises and tasks on the side of the achievement of hierarchical and departmental objectives and targets. This position generates clear and concise strategic insights to guide system-level strategic decision making by utilizing a variety of tools and inputs. This position works intimately with other framework wide groups to help Cone Wellbeing and market and business arranging. This position reports to the Associate Chief, Market and Business Arranging.Talent Pool: Corporate Services/ProfessionalResponsibilities:• As an assistant, my role is to help identify and assess trends within the healthcare industry, local conditions, healthcare legislation, economic conditions, and competitive institutions. The purpose of this is to provide valuable insights that can support the development of corporate strategies that can respond appropriately to these trends• Conducting demographic, utilization, and competitor evaluations is crucial for determining market or business tactics for designated initiatives• Maintain and operate databases that can aid in conducting planning and development analyses. In order to meet planning requirements, use external resources like Truven Health, Sg2, and the Advisory Board Company to identify and use market intelligence tools• As a crucial member of the team, you will be required to aid in the formulation of annual business and market plans. This will involve conducting feasibility studies and forecasting to ensure that the development of market strategies aligns with the vision of the company. Your role will also entail translating business requirements into meaningful findings that can be used in the implementation of various projects• Aid the Assistant Director, Strategic Planning in compiling and submitting Certificate of Need applications and related regulatory documentation• Ensure that the standard market and facility-based reports are consistently maintained and updated, and are disseminated to the relevant organizational heads within the established timelines• Foster and sustain connections with other system-wide stakeholders, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Lean, EPMO, Enterprise Analytics, and other key players. Take the initiative to involve them in anticipated initiatives• The assistance works together with strategy managers to offer inclusive strategic knowledge that steers system-wide strategic choicesQualifications:EDUCATION:Required:• Bachelors in Business, Planning, Marketing, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration or closely related fieldPreferred:• Masters in Business, Planning, Marketing, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration or closely related fieldEXPERIENCE:Required:• At least one year of related experience, preferably in a health care settingPreferred:• At least three years of related experience, preferably in a health care settingLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIREDDrivers License | Valid Drivers License
