THIS IS A HANDS ON ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE, YOU MUST CARRY A HEAVY WORK LOAD OF AP, RECONCILLIATION, AND REPORTING, AS WELL AS LEAD A TEAM OF 2 CLERKS THAT REPORT TO YOU. The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Manage all financial operations, including full charge bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, and financial reporting.• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices, utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights for strategic decision-making, leveraging proficiency in software tools and advanced analytical skills.• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and achieve common goals.• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development and success, while demonstrating proven leadership ability in a dynamic environment.• Why Join Us:At Trios Computer Solutions, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded.
