The successful candidate will be a key player in the financial management of the organization, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial activities, from daily operations to external financial filings. This role requires a hands-on manager with a strong background in public company financial management, including SOX compliance, and a proven track record of leading and developing finance teams. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls, and will work closely with the CFO and CEO on strategic financial matters, including Board and Audit Committee interactions.Applicants must have a BS/BA with an accounting concentration, a CPA, and at least 20 years of experience in both public and industry accounting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Controller in a global, fast-paced environment, preferably with a manufacturing industry background. Strong technical accounting skills, experience with SEC reporting, and a background in international accounting and taxation are essential. The role also requires a collaborative leader with the ability to mentor and motivate a large team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
