The CITO will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and enforcing technology strategy, governance, standards, and policies. This role requires a focus on integrating technology and security initiatives, engaging with various business functions to drive a shared mission, and building strong community relationships to stay informed of best practices. The successful candidate will also be tasked with ensuring the reliability and performance of IT systems, developing secure technology and access to information assets, and identifying opportunities for cost and productivity improvements.Candidates for the CITO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a large-scale, complex IT organization. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in digital transformation, experience in managing large ERP or business systems, and a deep understanding of technology, engineering, and information security.
