The successful candidate will be responsible for restructuring the sales organization to target up-market clients and enhance cross-selling, as well as developing and executing a target account-based marketing and solution packaging sales strategy. The role also involves implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program to improve the effectiveness of the sales team. The ideal CRO will have a heavy sales orientation, experience in marketing, strategy, and operations, and a background that includes at least 20-35 years of progressive career success, preferably within the SaaS industry and with a focus on private equity.Candidates for the CRO position at the company should be passionate, committed leaders with a strong sales background and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Experience in a similar role within a lower-middle market PE-backed SaaS company, or as the number two commercial leader in an upmarket PE-backed SaaS company, is highly desirable. Private equity experience and a background in M&A, particularly in integrating a suite of products, are also required.
