The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the CEO, Product Manager, and end-users to architect and implement technology solutions, leading the development of both frontend and backend services, and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. This role demands a minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, proficiency in building modern, interactive mobile experiences, and a strong background in GIS-based applications and spatial data management. The CTO will also be expected to maintain high standards of code quality, promote best practices, and demonstrate excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced startup environment.Applicants for the CTO position at the company must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, with a focus on mobile app development for Android or iOS. Familiarity with React Native or similar frameworks is essential, as is a dedication to producing well-tested, modular, and maintainable code.
