Customer Relations Representative -Entry Level

To continue providing for our community and communication partners, we are hiring an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative to join our team immediately.We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative to provide community outreach and customer support by creating, devising and implementing outreach strategies for our key accounts. The Entry Level Customer Relations Representative will be required to assist with enrollment, customer interactions, and answering questions regarding the program and services. To ensure success, the Entry Level Customer Relations Representative should possess exceptional interpersonal skills. A competent Entry Level Customer Relations Representative will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in optimized performance.Entry Level Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:• Educate members of the community on eligible benefits available to them• Attend in person meetings and training sessions at our local office• Assist with setting up various community events and outreach initiatives• Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies• Aid with training new associates• Act as a "brand ambassador", ensuring proper and consistent message delivery• Maintain all compliance standards and expectationsEntry Level Customer Relations Representative Requirements:• 1-2 years of experience in community outreach our customer service based role• Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets• Exceptional customer service and communication skills• Student mentality and the desire to continue learning• Impeccable work ethic• Able to problem solve effectively• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment• Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups​​​​​​​Job Type: Full-timePay: From $700.00 per weekBenefits:• Opportunities for advancement• Professional development assistanceSchedule:• Day shift• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededAbility to Relocate:• Santa Ana, CA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
