Electrical Client Relations Manager

As a Electrical Client Relations Manager, you will be a key player in driving our growth and success, building a robust book of business from scratch or expanding an existing one. Our ideal candidate has experience in staffing for construction or electrical fields, particularly for commercial and industrial electricians. Responsibilities: • Engage in prospecting, outside sales, and business development to acquire new customers. • Collaborate with recruiters to deliver exceptional service throughout the entire process, from order to delivery and beyond. • Ensure a smooth handoff of job descriptions and client requirements to recruiters. • Work closely with recruiters to maintain excellent management of field employees, upholding our standards. • Network effectively and establish a strong industry presence within the branch market. • Ensure adherence to all internal operational procedures and policies. • Continuously enhance sales skills and industry knowledge to effectively compete for more business. Nice to Haves: • Previous experience in outside sales, supporting new and existing customer relationships. • Previous experience in inside sales, including appointment setting and new business hunting. • Experience in customer service sales, retention sales, or account management. • Sales experience in the Construction, Commercial, and Industrial wired systems industry. Benefits & Compensation: • Competitive base salary of $50k-$60k, with commission earnings.
