A Maryland hospital is seeking their next Interim Women’s Services Nursing Director!The Position• The Interim Nursing Director, Women’s Services, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department including the oversight of approximately 70 FTEs.• The Interim Director will focus on the stabilization of the department in addition to the improvement of daily operations to optimize patient care and service line growth.• Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and will lead onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department.• Seeking a knowledgeable Women’s Services leader who is approachable, collaborative, and communicative leader to ensure a positive working environment.• Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience within a labor and delivery setting.• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree is required.• Active compact RN license is required.Pay Details• Pay Range: $170,000 - $175,000 annually.• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.The Community• Baltimore is the largest city in Maryland and serves as the second largest seaport in the Mid-Atlantic.• The city is home to the National Aquarium, Orioles baseball, Ravens football, waterfront restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and professional theaters.• A historical treasure, Baltimore is the birthplace of the National Anthem.• Baltimore sits less than an hour from Washington, D.C., providing easy access to all the historical attractions of the nation’s capital.Interim Leadership with B.E.
